If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will be charged 40% of services booked ( your 1st attempt will be waived ). If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of services booked. If you no show you will be charged for 100% and banned from booking in the future!
